Responsibilities:
– Develop and package outreach materials such as conventional print publications, flyers, posters, banners, and multi-media presentations for exclusive and specific use as necessary.
– Develop derivative products such as social media infographics, GIFs, and banners.
– Assist with digital retouching and image production.
– Edit publications in all phases of development.
– Select appropriate layouts for products.
– Provide proofs to ensure product quality prior to printing and/or publication.
– Ensure the communication materials produced have the desired impact on the target audience.
– Develop publication layouts for online-friendly format(s).
– Liaise with printing services to ensure high-quality printing of the above-mentioned publications.
– Provide other graphic design support as needed.
Qualifications:
– A bachelor’s degree / Diploma in graphic arts, design, communications, or a relevant field is required.
– A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in graphic design is required.
– Experience in conducting pieces of training on social media content development is preferred.
– Knowledge of graphic fundamentals, typography, print, layouts, and web design.
– Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other design software is preferred.
– Strong written and verbal fluency in English is required.
