We are looking for a detail-oriented Ticketing Specialist to support the company's travel operations. The role involves managing airline reservations, ticket issuance, changes, and refunds while ensuring accurate and efficient ticketing services.

  • Handle flight inquiries, reservations, ticket issuance, changes, revalidation, and refunds.
  • Operate international ticketing systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the company's travel department to support travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and provide professional customer service.

  • Requirements

  • Proficient in IATA systems, with commendable experience using Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms.
  • Familiar with airline ticketing procedures and workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

  • Willing to follow company work arrangements.
