This is a full-time ,on-site Assistant Business Development cum Assistant Administrative role , located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The candidate will work with a team to implement investment strategies placed by the company. The candidate will be in charge of carrying out the day-to-day organizational tasks and facilitating efficient communication across an entire office

Duties and Responsibilities

As Executive Assistant
Acts as the administrative point of contact
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Provide assistance to other departments on business writing and other presentations
Prepares correspondences, reports and materials


Assistant Business Development

Assist with establishing new business relations with clients

Assist with maintain positive professional relationships with clients


Qualifications
  • Eloquent and the ability communicate fluently on phone.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams, manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibility
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • A bachelor's or Diploma in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the finance industry
