Qualification and experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, with at least a years relevant working experience in a reputable organisation OR a Diploma from a recognised institution with At least five (5) years experience in a similar role
  • A qualification in Education will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency with relevant Microsoft Office Computer Applications
  • Possesses Organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • High level of Integrity and Professionalism


Responsibilities
  • Processing, filing and retrieval of examination records.
  • Ensuring safe custody of examination records and booklets.
  • Dispatch and receipt of examination booklets to and from examination venues.
  • Working with heads of department to ensure timely examination moderation
  • Providing support to ensure smooth administration and invigilation of examinations.
  • Booking of students for various examinations
  • Handle examination related enquiries
  • Coordinating students undertaking external examinations and its processes
  • Preparing examination-related reports
  • Support processing of examination results and graduation lists.
  • Implementation of academic policies and procedures
  • Provide secretariat services in School Examination Board
  • Implementation of established Quality Management System
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
