Qualification and experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, with at least a years relevant working experience in a reputable organisation OR a Diploma from a recognised institution with At least five (5) years experience in a similar role
- A qualification in Education will be an added advantage
- Proficiency with relevant Microsoft Office Computer Applications
- Possesses Organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- High level of Integrity and Professionalism
Responsibilities
- Processing, filing and retrieval of examination records.
- Ensuring safe custody of examination records and booklets.
- Dispatch and receipt of examination booklets to and from examination venues.
- Working with heads of department to ensure timely examination moderation
- Providing support to ensure smooth administration and invigilation of examinations.
- Booking of students for various examinations
- Handle examination related enquiries
- Coordinating students undertaking external examinations and its processes
- Preparing examination-related reports
- Support processing of examination results and graduation lists.
- Implementation of academic policies and procedures
- Provide secretariat services in School Examination Board
- Implementation of established Quality Management System
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
