The Head of Kindergarten is the prime mover in creating, inspiring and embodying the ethos and culture of the school. This will be done by securing its Mission statement with all members of the school community and ensuring an environment for teaching and learning that empowers both staff and students to achieve their highest potential.

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to meet the needs of students and teachers
Overseeing the hiring of new staff members, evaluating their performance, and making decisions about termination or advancement based on performance
Evaluating the school’s performance to identify the priorities for continuous improvement and raising standards
Ensuring equality of opportunity for all
Ensuring that resources are efficiently and effectively used to achieve the school’s aims and objectives and for the day-to-day management, organization and administration of the school.
Securing the commitment of the wider community to the school by developing and maintaining effective partnerships.
Creating a productive learning environment which is engaging and fulfilling for all pupils.
Managing funds and financial records to ensure fiscal responsibility
Leading in the marketing of the school
Support in growing of the overall enrollment of new students to meet our annual targets
Training and coaching of the overall teaching and non-teaching staff
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, child development or a related field. A master’s degree in education/administration will be an added advantage
8- 10 years of experience as a head of kindergarten
Experience in K-stage one and British Curriculum
Self-driven leader, knowledgeable, friendly, creative, innovative and a team player.
