Associate BI Developer and Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.

0–2 years of experience in BI development, data engineering, or analytics (internship experience acceptable).

Data Processing & ETL:

SQL, Python (pandas, pyodbc, SQLAlchemy), dbt (data build tool), Apache Airflow

Databases:

Oracle PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift

Version Control:

Git, GitHub/GitLab

Cloud Platforms (Preferred):

AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda, Redshift), GCP (e.g., BigQuery), Azure Data Factory

APIs & Integration (Bonus):

REST APIs, JSON, Postman

Collaborate in designing scalable data models to support analytics and self-service BI.

Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of ETL pipelines that integrate data from relational and non-relational sources.

Build and enhance interactive dashboards and visual reports using BI tools to communicate business performance metrics.

Maintain data accuracy, governance standards, and data quality across all reporting artifacts.

Support the automation of data workflows and reporting processes for near real-time insights.

Monitor BI systems for performance issues and collaborate in optimizing SQL queries and data models.

Document data workflows, models, and BI processes for knowledge sharing and support.
