About the Role
We're looking for a motivated B2B Field Sales Representative to drive new business growth by prospecting and closing sales of DraftSight and SOLIDWORKS. You'll work as part of a growing sales team, with support from our Telesales colleagues and the CEO, attending client meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and building long-term relationships with key accounts across Nairobi's engineering, architecture, and manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
Drive new sales of DraftSight and SOLIDWORKS through prospecting and client engagement
Conduct cold outreach and account development to build a pipeline of qualified prospects
Attend client meetings, deliver product demonstrations, and conduct site visits
Work closely with the Lead BD and Tele sales team to ensure comprehensive market coverage
Provide weekly pipeline and activity reports to the CEO
Participate in product training and upskilling programs to stay current with offerings
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B field sales experience in software, technology, or a related field
Motivated self-starter who is comfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines from scratch
Good knowledge of Nairobi and key business sectors (engineering, architecture, manufacturing)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
