• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with excellence and consistency.
  
• Maintain a clean, welcoming café space and uphold Tatu Coffee’s hospitality standards.
  
• Act as a front-line brand ambassador for both Tatu City and Tatu Coffee, engaging warmly with clients, visitors, and VIP guests.
  
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver a premium experience for visiting clients and partners.
  
• Support and participate in VIP activations and client hospitality events, including tastings, presentations, and product launches.
  
• Provide insight and feedback from guest interactions to continuously improve service and storytelling.
  
• Manage inventory of café supplies and support ordering and stock-keeping.
  
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and uphold hygiene standards.
