Description

We are looking for an Accounting professional to support daily financial operations and maintain clean, accurate, and well‑organized bookkeeping records. This is a full‑time position aligned with standard office hours, requiring reliability, autonomy, and strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, solid QuickBooks proficiency, hands‑on knowledge of A/R, A/P, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, and basic month‑end close support. Experience with e‑commerce, inventory, or product‑based workflows is highly valued.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and organized financial records in QuickBooks.

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Handle invoicing, payment processing, and collections support.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Assist with payroll and basic reporting.

Identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

Maintain clear and structured digital documentation.
