Career & Professional Foundations Trainer

Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in HR, Counseling, Business, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, human resources, or career development.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of CV writing, interview techniques, job search strategies, and workplace etiquette.
  
• Experience in conducting soft skills training and competency-based assessments. Relevant coaching certifications are highly desirable.
  
• Strong mentorship skills and passion for student development.
