CASE MANAGER (PERSONAL INJURY)

As a PI Case Manager Assistant within our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Department, you will play a key role in supporting Case Managers in the development and progression of client cases, helping ensure our clients receive the maximum settlement they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and Medical/CARE.
  
• Request and follow up on police reports and medical records.
  
• Schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
  
• Verify balances with medical providers.
  
• Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.
  

Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager or Case Manager Assistant, legal assistant (Please avoid Intake Specialist), within Personal Injury (PI).
  
• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (legal industry).
  
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and positive attitude.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to manage a high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
  
• Experience with Litify or Salesforce
  
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
