- Basic computer skills MS Office, POS systems. (OPERA & MICROS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Foreign language speaking will be an added advantage.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities
- Front Desk / Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage appointments, bookings, or reservations. (if applicable)
- Receive and sort incoming mail and calls.
- Cashier Duties:
- Process customer transactions (cash, card, mobile payments, etc.) accurately.
- Issue receipts and change where necessary.
- Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Maintain proper records of transactions.
- Handle billing queries and resolve payment issues.
