Requirements and qualifications
- Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
- A committed member of CITAM recommended by Safari group leader, Ministry leaders or CITAM Pastor.
- Must be a KCSE Graduate.
- College and University certificate is an added advantage
- Passionate about ministry, evangelism, and creative expression. Serving in the local church is an added advantage.
- Availability for rehearsals, services, outreaches, and training sessions. Previous experience in drama is an added advantage.
- Ready to commit one year to the Creative Arts Ministry.
- Social media influencer and graphics designer added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned roles in drama productions during church services, outreaches, and missions.
- Interpret roles effectively through speech, gestures, and body movement.
- Rehearse consistently and memorize scripts/lines as required
- Convey characters and express emotions clearly before live audiences.
- Participate actively in all Creative Arts ministry activities and programs.
- Work collaboratively with other Creative Arts departments (music, dance, spoken word) to deliver impactful ministry.
- Uphold discipline, punctuality, and commitment to rehearsals and ministry assignments.
- Support evangelistic initiatives through drama both within and outside the church setting.
