Data Analyst - Entry Level

We are looking for a data-driven and
analytical professional to join our factory team as an Entry-Level Data Analyst.

The successful candidate will support
the business by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to
help improve production efficiency, performance, quality, and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics,
  Mathematics or a related field
  
• Approximately 1 year of relevant work experience
  in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
• Experience with Power BI or other data
  visualization tools is an advantage
  
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis
  tools is an added advantage
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify
  trends, patterns, and insights
  
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable
  business insights
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Willingness to work on-site in a
  factory/industrial environment
  
• Eligible to work in Kenya
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze factory and
  operational data
  
• Prepare regular production and performance reports
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data
  visualizations
  
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
  for improvement
  
• Support teams with data-driven decision-making
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  
• Work closely with Production, Quality,
  Engineering, Finance, and other teams
  
• Support continuous improvement and process
  optimization initiatives
