About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Case File Specialist to join our team. This position acts as the bridge between the investigation and pre-litigation teams. Your main responsibility will be data management and cleanup, ensuring digital case files are accurate, complete, and ready for the next stage. You will also assist in obtaining and processing police reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and clean digital case files.
  
• Perform quality checks on documentation.
  
• Finalize case files for the pre-litigation team.
  
• Assist in obtaining and processing police reports.
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entered data.
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience:
  

  • Minimum 6 consecutive months working in one of the following in the U.S.:
    

    • An automobile insurance company, OR
      
    • A personal injury law firm.
      

• Knowledge:
  

  • Strong understanding of automobile insurance concepts:
    

    • UIM (Underinsured Motorist)
      
    • UM (Uninsured Motorist)
      
    • Liability
