Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital productivity tools.
  • Basic understanding of procurement software and vendor payment tracking systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Website) to support digital community management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to multitask efficiently

  • Procurement Workflow Processing
  • Purchase Order entry/processing.
  • Goods Received Voucher Processing.
  • Vendor Payments follow-up.
  • Monthly Expense/Payments Reports.
  • New vendor process onboarding.
