REQUIREMENT FOR APPOINTMENT
Diploma in Animal Science or equivalent from a recognized institution
A minimum of five (5) years cumulative relevant work experience
Commercial management skills will be an added advantage
Proficiency in computer applications & social media marketing skills

Prepare work plans and maintain proper records for the farm
Allocate work and supervise the farm staff
Budgeting and developing work policies and procedures
Prepare periodic financial and technical reports
Provide care and custody for all farm equipment, tools and resources
Minimize operation costs on the farm for increased revenue
Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm structure and machinery
Any other duty assigned by the management from time to time
