Powermax is hiring a Field Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Manage customer leads.
- Answer customer questions on the company’s services and offer timely solutions.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Profile, recruit and manage new and existing customers with an aim of expanding and increasing company revenues.
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty.
- Be the regional face and brand ambassador of Powermax.
- Ensure target achievement in assigned region.
- Collect and submit the required raw data via provided medium- DSR
- Create awareness of the company's range of products in assigned territory.
- Increase sales, drive volumes by following up on orders, deliveries and collections.
- Improve both numeric and weighted distribution of all our brands across the trade sector
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Settle all trade enquiries in his/her region at his level best conceptuality.
- Source new opportunities and expand client base resulting from field-work, implementing the core sales strategy of SNN, SMS, & SNS.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Any other duties assigned.
