Finance Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field
  
• CPA (K)/ACCA/CIMA (K) - Mandatory
  
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role
  
• In-depth knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory requirements
  
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, planning and reporting
  
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and management reports
  
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements in Kenya Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk
  
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team Support strategic decision-making and business growth
