Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management
- Professional qualifications in accounting an advantage (CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proficiency in both French and English
- A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in similar field, particularly with international NGOs or international development organization.
- Acts according to business model

- Captures data fast and accurate
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust financial operations model to enhance business performance and ensure seamless service delivery across business units.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of financial transactions and administrative tasks within financial operations.
- Maintain and update accounting records to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial management information systems.
- Implement and maintain effective financial accounting practices to enhance business performance and ensure seamless service delivery across business units.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of financial transactions and related administrative tasks within the assigned business unit.
- Support the smooth running of financial operations in close collaboration with the Team Manager, Financial Operations – Shared Services Center.
- Maintain and regularly update accounting records to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial management information systems at the country office level.
