- Provide customer care and support to internal & external clients and solving their problems.
- Support the principal in receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail & drafting letters and disseminating them appropriately and timely.
- Front office management
- In liaison with the HR department, help in Induction process of the new staff up-on reporting.
- In liaison with the principal, help in internal communication.
- In Liaison with other departmental heads to understand what's new and relevant for staff to know.
- Act as the secretary and take minutes for management's meeting.
- Assist in preparation and logistics of various meeting and conferences.
