Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests courteously; manage sign-in/outprocedures.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls; take andrelay messages.
- Manage email inquiries and general correspondence for thefront desk.
- Check guests in and out: process reservations,issue keys/cards, handle payments and folios.
- Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
- Provide information about services, directions, andcompany/hotel policies.
- Handle guest/visitor requests, complaints, and escalate tomanagement when needed.
- Monitor lobby appearance and ensure reception area is tidyand welcoming.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, andother departments as required.
- Receive, log, and distribute deliveries and mail.
- Maintain records and update databases (guest/visitor logs,reservation systems).
- Process payments, refunds, and invoices as authorized;follow cash-handling procedures.
- Adhere to health, safety, privacy, and data protectionpolicies.
