General Manager of a SACCO Society.

Your essential mission involves being the principal advisor to the Board of Director
on all matters relating to compliance with the regulations of SACCO management,
team leader in all operations of the SACCO including lending, credit appraisal
for all loan applications, custody of securities, completeness of data
recorded, debt collection, financial reporting to management, customer
relations, human resource management and any other role that may be given by
the Board of Directors in pursuit of adding value to the affairs of the SACCO.

Your high degree of technical competence, professionalism, eloquence, elegance,
finesse will be the perfect combination to enable our members reap maximum
benefit from our services.

You will also be expected to participate in the firm’s marketing activities
including, among others, member recruitment, attending meetings to discuss marketing,
and doing all within your power to ensure retention of existing members.

  1. Compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines in the management of SACCOs

  2. Develop good relationships with members and business partners in all matters involving dealing with those partners

  3. Team leader in all matters of managing the SACCO involving human resource management

  4. Business development roles of promoting and creating wealth for the SACCO

  5. Leading all staff by example and supporting them in carrying out their responsibilities

  6. Report to the Board of Directors all matters involving management of the SACCO
