Description
Lead the execution and growth of Productive Use of Energy (PUE) operations by driving customer acquisition, sales performance, community engagement, product demonstrations, quality installations, collections, and after-sales service operations. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with Company SOPs, and the successful deployment of PUE solutions that contribute to income generating activities for customers.
Main Areas will include: PUE Commercial Growth, PUE Operations Management, PUE Grants Management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead PUE sales and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate community mobilization and product demonstration campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and community stakeholders.
- Oversee quality assurance of PUE installations and technical support.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and rapid issue resolution.
- Manage customer documentation, contracts, and compliance processes.
- Monitor field operations, enforce SOP compliance, and identify operational risks.
- Produce performance reports and ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
Key Success Metrics (KPI\'S):
- Mobilize at least 600 clients per month.
- Sales Conversion Rate at 50%
- Conduct at least 10 product demonstration campaigns per month.
- Recruit and train 150 sales agents.
- Achieve sales of at least 300 PUE products per month.
- Installation Lead Time≤ 3 days after payment
- After-Sales Response Time ≤ 5 days
- PUE Claims Submission1 per month
- Maintain zero cases of missing PUE products.
- Maintain zero rejected PUE claims.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, commercial operations, or a related field.
- Experience working in renewable energy, solar products, agriculture equipment, or rural distribution is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience leading sales teams, driving customer acquisition, and achieving commercial targets, including B2B sales and business development experience.
- Experience supporting field sales teams and managing sales data/reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, Economics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- A master’s degree in business administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems, sales management platforms, and reporting tools
