Head of SME

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MSME strategy, identify growth sectors, and drive digital transformation.
  
• Achieve loan, deposit, and non-funded income growth while optimizing portfolio risk and returns.
  
• Lead customer experience, build relationships with industry stakeholders, and develop sector-specific financial solutions.
  
• Build a high-performing team, mentor leaders, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related; MBA preferred.
  
• 10-12 years banking experience, with 6-8 in SME leadership.
  
• Proven success in loan/deposit growth, managing large portfolios, and digital banking exposure.
  

Core Competencies

• Deep SME banking knowledge, structured lending, trade finance, risk assessment.
  
• Strong portfolio analytics, regulatory understanding, and experience leading large P&L portfolios.
