Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Market products, onboard customers, and segment markets including MSMEs and institutions.
  
• Grow loan portfolios, deposits, and transactional income through marketing and channels.
  
• Conduct responsible credit underwriting, manage portfolios, and ensure policy compliance.
  
• Prepare reports, maintain customer records, and implement audit recommendations.
  
• Provide customer training, promote retention, and develop innovative products.
  

Qualifications & Qualities

• Practicing Christian with strong values and passion to serve.
  
• Degree or diploma in business-related fields.
  
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, credit risk, and microfinance experience preferred.
  
• Skills in financial analysis, customer service, and computer proficiency.
  
• Self-driven team player with good communication skills.
