Head, Retail Analytics

Provide leadership to the analytics team to support retail business growth agenda through data analytics. This entails;

• Provision of regular sales reports, balance sheet growth and P&L reports for all levels in retail from individual sales people, branches and business heads.
  
• Support other departments in retail including products, retail digital team, branch business teams etc with data analytics necessary to meet their objectives.
  
• Extract value from customer data through analytics to unlock revenue and growth opportunities.
  
• Liaise with other departments in the bank to drive retail agenda. This includes finance on business performance reporting, credit risk, IT etc.
