  • Time: Availability between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST)
  • Breaks:

    • 30-minute lunch
    • Two 15-minute breaks

Job Description


We are seeking a Scheduler with strong experience in Home Health, scheduling, and multitasking. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, the ability to learn quickly, and strong technological skills.



The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating shifts, covering open schedules, and maintaining constant communication with collaborators to support daily operations efficiently.

  • Ability to multitask in a high-functioning office environment.
  • Schedule shifts for collaborators and ensure coverage for open shifts.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of caregivers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with collaborators to confirm availability and shift assignments.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally throughout the workday.

    • Experience handling a high volume of daily calls is required.
  • Respond to text messages while attending calls, maintaining multitasking efficiency.
  • Keep accurate records of each call by taking physical and digital notes in internal systems.
  • Manage and update Google Sheets for scheduling and tracking purposes.
  • Use CRM tools to manage candidate and collaborator information.
  • Maintain accurate and complete personnel records in the software system.
  • Receive referrals and inquiries related to the company’s programs.
  • Maintain integrity in every interaction with caregivers and clients.
  • Solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform general office and clerical functions.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by the Solvo Supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health scheduling (required).
  • Competitive mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and responsiveness.
  • Knowledge of common medical terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Advanced office and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with direct care, caregiving, or CNA/PCA certification is a plus.
  • Full availability required for the schedule (no students).
