Key Reponsibilities:
- Clinical Governance Team Leadership Resource Management Patient Advocacy Compliance
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Masters Degree in Healthcare administration is an added advantage
- Valid Practicing Licence from Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
- Valid certifications
- (ATLS/ACLS/EPLS/ETA as Applicable)
Minimum 7-10 years of clinical nursing experience with atleast 4 years in a senior management or supervisory role.
