Requirements
- Diploma in Housekeeping Operations or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within a housekeeping department, preferably in hospitality or restaurant operations.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations systems and cleaning protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Close attention to detail and commitment to maintaing quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all restaurant areas, ensuring high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, routines and standard operating procedures(SOPs).
- Monitor the proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies to minimize wastage and ensure safety compliance.
- Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant management and kitchen teams to support efficient daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and statutory regulations.
- Promote a strong culture of cleanliness, discipline, and attention to detail within the housekeeping team.
