Description
Responsibilities
1. Maintaining the staff personal file system in perfect manner to ensure staff personal files
are complete
2. Digitizing staff personal files
3. Handling all areas related to staff leave and maintaining the leave register.
4. Preparing staff leave calendars periodically with relievers identified
5. Identifying relievers and assigning to facilitate day offs / absenteeism
6. Capturing on all staff leave and off data to T&A system on daily basis
7. Advising management on need of staff recruitment based on HR forecasts
8. Coordination of leave matters with the staff and informing management on areas needing
attention
9. Maintaining the T&A system and processing of T&A reports on a periodical basis
10. Reviewing staff compliance with adhering to various HR related guidelines and policies including conforming to operational requirements such as adhering to shifts, lunch breaks, exit policies, etc
11. Maintaining record on staff requests related to attendance and factoring on daily basis
12. Coordinating the full recruitment cycle
13. Conducting background check
14. Conducting new employee orientation program and other educational and training programs on changes in benefits, diversity, etc.
15. Receiving employee complaints and acting accordingly to resolve them or escalating them.
16. Raising proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans.
17. Compiling and managing case management documentation, accompany and support managers.
18. Any other related tasks assigned from time to time within the scope of position summary.
