ICT Officer I (Software Developer).

Applicants must have:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Software Engineering
   
2. High level expertise in, and detailed understanding of, a number of different functional areas across the institution.
   
3. Knowledge in computer hardware and networks.
   
4. Three 3 Years’ experience as a software developer in an organization comparable to an institution of higher learning.
   
5. Experience in Navision 2018 or Dynamics 365 BC.
   
6. Microsoft Certification in Navision or Dynamics 365 BC.
   
7. Experience in Cross platform development languages such as PHP, Python, C#, JavaScript etc.
   
8. Experience in integrations (RESTful, OData, JSON and SOAP API Services)
   
9. Experience in Windows Server configurations and management
   
10. Experience in design and development of relational database queries in SQL or MySQL.
    
11. Registered with a professional body.
    
12. Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
