ICT Officers III (ICT Technician) – Network Administration.

Applicants must have:

1. Bsc. Computer Science/Bsc. IT/ BBIT/Bsc. Software Engineering
   
2. Certification in Cyber Security and Data Protection.
   
3. Certification in Emerging technologies and AI
   
4. Certification in Data Management and Governance.
   
5. Two (2) years’ experience as an ICT Technician.
   
6. Experience in any help-desk platform.
   
7. Experience in management of centralized printing solution(s)
   
8. Experience in Audio-vision equipment setup.
   
9. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 BC.
   
10. Experience in integrations (RESTful, OData, JSON and SOAP API Services)
    
11. Experience in Windows Server configurations and management
    
12. Experience in design and development of relational database queries in SQL or MySQL.
    
13. Experience in configuration and management of active directory services.
    
14. Strong knowledge of data backup strategies and restoration techniques in relational databases.
    
15. Experience in Management of Radius server.
    
16. Experience in Network Management and monitoring tools.
    
17. Registered with a professional body.
    
18. Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
