About the Digital Transformation Centre (DTC) Kenya II
The Digital Transformation Centre (DTC) Kenya II is a technical cooperation project funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the European Union, and Estonia, and implemented by GIZ in partnership with ESTDEV and Expertise France.
