Data & Tracking: Maintain shared spreadsheets and update ticketing platforms with high precision, ensuring data integrity across all teams.
Process Innovation: Collaborate on process updates and document changes to improve the efficiency of our onboarding flow.
Documentation: Create exceptional SOPs and end-user guides for both technical and non-technical audiences.
