Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Commerce.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar finance role.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures.
- Review and validate payroll to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Oversee stock controls, including stock counts, shrinkage analysis, and receiving processes.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
- Support financial planning activities such as forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Analyze store and departmental performance to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to finance policies and support implementation of audit recommendations.
- Assist with monitoring store budget to ensure compliance and highlight possible issues.
