Schedule: Full-time / Monday to Friday availability from 10 am to 10 pm.

About the Role

Join our team as a Global Account Manager and become the key liaison between strategic clients and internal teams. You’ll oversee onboarding, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with global regulations while driving continuous improvement through client feedback. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  
• Experience: 1+ years in client relationship management, compliance, or HR services.
  

• Skills:
  

  • Client service and account management expertise.
    
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and global compliance regulations.
    
  • Project management experience.
    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Prism and PEO industry preferred).
    
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
