Description
Requirements for Appointment:
- Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines: - Law (with a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and admission as an advocate on the High Court of Kenya), Land Economics, Land Survey or equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya.
- Receiving and recording applications for land registration;
- Processing of land title searches;
- Verifying land registration documents;
- Capturing data for land registration purposes;
- Verifying scanned titles and other related documents;
- Processing applications for Land Control Board consents; and
- Collecting information on public complaints on land registration matters.
