Description
Academic qualifications and certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.
- Relevant project management certifications will be an added advantage
Required experience:
- Minimum one year experience in Project Management or Service Delivery preferably in the IT industry.
- Background in delivering IT services
- Experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Interfaces with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation
- Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction
- Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately
- Manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved
- Ensures effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
- Works as an Independent Contributor (IC) and acts as the primary interface managing the services relationship between the client and the organization.
- Responsible for operations performance, including - Service Improvement Plans; Establishes, monitors and reports Service Delivery Reports; Escalation management and Reporting; Meeting management with clients.
- Receives and manages change requests relating to the SOW and agreement, i.e. additional engagements/ projects, adding configuration items and IT services support to the Services (service coverage), moving configuration items and IT services to new or different locations etc.
- Performs any other related task as required.
