Requirements
a) Certificate or Diploma in Leatherwork, Leather Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.

b) Minimum two (2) years' practical experience in leather product manufacturing and assembly.

c) Strong skills in leather cutting, shaping, hand stitching, machine stitching and finishing.

d) Experience producing bags, belts, wallets and other leather accessories.

e) Ability to work with different types of leather and production materials.

f) Knowledge of leather production tools and equipment.

g) Experience integrating beadwork into leather products is an added advantage.

h) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
