Legal Officer

Qualifications:

• LLB Degree from a recognized university in Kenya
  
• Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate
  
• Excellent understanding of Kenyan laws and legal procedures
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  

Experience:

• 1-3 years of post-admission experience (preferably in a corporate, healthcare or law firm setup)
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and advisory to the organization
  
• Draft, review and vet contracts and agreements
  
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  
• Support in corporate secretarial and statutory compliances
  
• Maintain legal records and documentation
