Join our Tigoni team as a Customer Experience Supervisor (Farm &Learning Host). You will be the face of our unique farm-to-table and educational experiences at Brown’s Food Co.

We’re looking for a dynamic, people-loving host who will bring our story to life from welcoming guests to leading tasting tours, kids’ farm days, and school workshops. You’ll help
guests connect to the land, the animals, and the food that nourishes them.

Job Description

• Lead and supervise the tasting room restaurant, campus tours (processing + garden+ dairy), and back up the workshop classes that happen every Saturday.
  
• Host farm, cheese, and food tours with warmth, energy,and storytelling flair.
  
• Design and run engaging experiences for families,kids, and school groups — including hands-on farm learning, cheesemaking, farm walks, and food discovery activities.
  
• Collaborate with chefs, bakers, and the production teamto plan menus and events.
  
• Create educational and promotional materials usingCanva or similar tools.
  
• Ensure high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, andsafety across all experiences.
  
• Train, motivate, and guide staff and interns to delivertop-quality service and learning experiences.
  
• Manage the online and email reservations, grouplogistics, and guest communications.
  
• Promote product sales by connecting visitors to ourfarm story and food philosophy.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, Training, tourism, or customer service Industries.
  
• Must have Food & Beverage, Marketing or Customer service education qualification.
  
• A natural communicator and trainer — warm, curious, and engaging with people of all ages.
  
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; confident managing teams and groups.
  
• Love for food, farming, and nature — and a desire to share that passion with others.
  
• Basic computer and creative design skills (Excel, Canva, etc.).
  
• Experience in food handling or safety is an added advantage.
  
• You will work on Saturdays as it’s a busy day for us. (we are closed Sundays)
