REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or certificate in Business Management or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in lending, sales, recruitment, or financial services.
  
• Strong customer acquisition, marketing, and sales skills.
  
• Experience in loan portfolio management and customer relationship management (CRM).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to meet sales and loan disbursement targets.
  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and acquire new customers to grow the loan portfolio.
  
• Market loan products and generate quality leads.
  
• Process loan applications and support timely loan disbursement.
  
• Monitor loan portfolios and ensure quality management.
  
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on repayments.
  
• Achieve assigned recruitment, sales, and portfolio quality targets.
