Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Eastnat Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products are well-presented in retail outlets, optimising shelf space, executing promotions, and building strong relationships with store managers to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a merchandising or retail sales role, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, Canva, Meta and basic tech tools.
- Familiarity with organic or wellness products is an added advantage.
- Plan and execute product displays and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and wholesalers to ensure brand visibility.
- Track sales performance and gather market intelligence.
- Train store staff on product features and promotional campaigns.
- Liaise with the supply chain and sales teams to coordinate deliveries and returns.
- Prepare weekly reports on merchandising activities, inventory levels etc.
- Ensure promotional materials are properly placed and maintained.
