• Design,
  develop, and maintain BI dashboards and MIS reports for management.
• Collect,
  analyze, and interpret data from various business functions.
• Automate
  reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure
  timely distribution of daily, weekly, monthly, and management reports.
• Monitor
  data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
• Support
  strategic planning through data-driven insights and performance analysis.

ERP Administration

• Administer
  and support Tally ERP and other business systems.
• Manage
  master data, user access, report customization, and system improvements.
• Coordinate
  ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules.
• Troubleshoot
  ERP-related issues and liaise with software vendors where necessary.
