Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Bartending.

  • Professional mixology or bartending certification is an advantage.

  • Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or hotel environment.

  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail preparation techniques, and beverage pairing.

  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creativity and passion for beverage innovation.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails to hotel guests
2 Create innovative cocktail recipes that align with the hotel's brand and guest experience.

3 Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality.

4 Engage with guests at the bar, providing recommendations and delivering exceptional service.

5 Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.

6 Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to develop seasonal beverage menus and promotions.

7 Maintain detailed knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and cocktail trends.

8 Support bar operations during busy service periods.
