Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Bartending.
- Professional mixology or bartending certification is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail preparation techniques, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and passion for beverage innovation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails to hotel guests
2 Create innovative cocktail recipes that align with the hotel's brand and guest experience.
3 Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality.
4 Engage with guests at the bar, providing recommendations and delivering exceptional service.
5 Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
6 Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to develop seasonal beverage menus and promotions.
7 Maintain detailed knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and cocktail trends.
