Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Bartending.
Professional mixology or bartending certification is an advantage.
Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail preparation techniques, and beverage pairing.
Excellent guest service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and passion for beverage innovation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
