Requirements
• Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN) or Bachelor of

Science in Nursing (BScN)

• Valid, up-to-date registration and practicing license with the Nursing Council of

Kenya (NCK)

• Minimum three (3) years’ of oncology, medical-surgical, or acute care experience

preferred

• Higher Diploma/Certificate in Oncology Nursing.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS a plus

• Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic bedside manner

• Must be a born again and committed Christian with evidence of maturity in faith.

• Must be an honest person full of integrity in their personal conduct and handling

of job responsibilities.

• The job holder must have clear understanding of emotional, psychological, and

social state of people and offer sensitive and tactful support.

• Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice.

• Must demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Must be a team player who is able to work cordially in teams.

• Must have the ability to communicate for both written and oral communication.

• Must have knowledge in use of MS office packages.
