Description
Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Personal Attributes Required:
1. Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery
2. Valid, up-to-date registration and license with the Clinical Officers Council (COC)
3. Higher Diploma in Oncology, Clinical Oncology, or Palliative Care
4. Minimuim of 3 years of clinical experience preferred; oncology or internal medicine
experience a plus
5. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS a plus
6. Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and empathetic patient communication
7. Must demonstrate ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, and work
under strict deadlines.
8. Must be able to function effectively both as a team player and a team leader
9. Must be a flexible person, who is willing to learn and able to work flexible hours to
achieve goals
10. Must have a strategic leadership skill with ability to build strategic relationships.
11. Should have high level of problem solving skills and decision making abilities.
12. Must demonstrate high degree of honesty and integrity in personal conduct and
handling of job responsibilities
13. Should be result oriented with ability to deliver desired outcome.
14. Committed Christians with evidence of maturity in faith
