Description
City Walk Kenya is seeking a proactive, customer-focused and results-driven Online Sales Person to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Flowcart and social media, following up on leads, reconnecting with previous clients and converting inquiries into confirmed sales.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in online sales, retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG or e-commerce
- The ability to follow up consistently and meet sales targets
