Requirements:
5+ years in a managerial role in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, & discipline teams effectively.
Strong understanding of inventory systems & warehouse processes.
Proficiency in ERPs or inventory software (Tally ERP highly preferred).
Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs & metrics.
Excellent verbal, written, & digital communication skills (including WhatsApp use).
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment.
